A one-day Resilience Training was conducted at Aghaaz for 40 Afghan refugee students (20 girls & 20 boys) from Salam High School, Hazara Town, Quetta.
Organized by Social Innovation Academy (SIA), the session equipped participants with practical tools including the Circle of Influence & Concern, stress management techniques, meditation, and healing through art.
The training created a safe and creative space for students to build emotional strength and develop coping strategies for everyday challenges.
