Social Innovation Academy (SIA) and the University of Loralai (UoLi) have partnered to enhance the olive value chain in Loralai, leveraging UoLi’s recent success in olive oil production. UoLi seeks SIA’s support in branding and marketing their olive products to national and international markets. SIA will develop a concrete and go-to-market strategy, including brand development, market analysis, multi-channel marketing, distribution, and sales strategies. This initiative aims to elevate UoLi’s olive oil from a local specialty to a globally recognized brand, fostering economic growth and sustainability in the local community.
