The Social Impact Challenge by Social Innovation Academy (SIA) was a dynamic initiative aimed at identifying and supporting innovative startups and social enterprises working to solve Pakistan’s pressing socio-economic and environmental challenges. With a grant opportunity of up to PKR 1.5 million, the challenge focused on empowering changemakers with not just funding, but also strategic mentorship, intensive training bootcamps, and valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders and investors. It attracted a diverse pool of applicants from across the country, each presenting scalable, impact-driven solutions for community development. By the end of the challenge, selected teams gained national recognition and a clear pathway toward sustainable impact, reinforcing the importance of youth-led innovation in shaping Pakistan’s future.
