Social Innovation Academy (SIA) in collaboration with RBWRP-TA, and the Women Agricultural Extension Department of Agriculture, conducted a productive training on Women Enterprise Development in Agribusiness, empowering women from Quetta, Mastung, Kalat, and Khuzdar. Participants gained skills in agribusiness fundamentals, value chain development, sustainable agriculture, and entrepreneurship. Hands-on activities like tailored Business Model Canvases and inclusive sessions in Urdu and Balochi made the program highly accessible.
The initiative equipped women with actionable business plans, stronger networks, and leadership skills to champion sustainability and address food security challenges. By scaling mentorship, financing, and reach, we aim to further empower women entrepreneurs and promote sustainable development in Balochistan’s agribusiness sector.
