Workshop on Design Thinking for Community Workers

Social Innovation Academy (SIA) organized an impactful workshop centered around “Design Thinking” at the Institute for Development Studies and Practices (IDSP) Quetta. Specifically tailored for social and community workers operating in rural settings, the workshop proved highly successful in imparting the essence and methodology of design thinking.


With a keen focus on engaging participants in the intricacies of the design thinking process, the workshop guided attendees through each stage: empathizing, identifying, ideating, prototyping, and testing. Through immersive activities, participants gained practical insights into how this structured approach can be harnessed to address social challenges effectively.


Recognizing the pivotal role of workshops and activities in promoting social entrepreneurship and innovation, Dr. Qurrat ul Ain – Founder of IDSP emphasized their crucial importance in effectively addressing social issues.
