About the programme
SIA set up the first STEAM lab in Balochistan: a STEAM & Robotics Lab for students in Quetta. CONFIRM: the school where the lab is, and how it is shared with other schools.
Alongside the lab, SIA runs STEM and robotics bootcamps. CONFIRM: ages, length and how many bootcamps have run.
The lab was recognised in 2025 by the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN). CONFIRM: the wording of the recognition and who should be credited, including any partner organisation.

What we can share
The lab is one of SIA’s three "firsts", with Pakistan’s first social enterprise network and the first university incubator in Loralai.

Every figure SIA publishes has a definition, a source and an "as of" date, and the same number appears on every page, proposal and report. A figure without an agreed definition is not published until it has one.
